One off sample of a prototype for an espresso cup. Handmade on the wheel this coffee or tea cup fits under most coffee machines.
The cup measures approximately 7 cm wide, and 10 cm including handle, 5.5 cm tall and holds about 100 ml of liquid enough for espressos, macchiatos or piccolos.
The cup was thrown on the wheel and fired in an electric kiln. Glazes are made in the studio and non toxic, food safe.
Food, dishwasher and microwave safe. Although hand wash is highly recommended.
These items are handmade and therefore do not possess the perfection and uniformity of industrially manufactured ceramic ware. But you will have the assurance of something made by hand and one-off. However, you may request a set in a similar size and style. Do note that your piece will vary in appearance, however it will be one of a kind. Contact me for a custom-made set!
