What people think...

I am obsessed with this ceramic U-shaped flower holder by Jenni! I just moved & it was one of my first decor purchases! Just ordered some dry florals and cannot wait to add them in. This piece came so quickly and is extremely good quality. Thank you Jenni!

Love my cups and saucers! Brings a smile to my face every morning! So unique and beautifully made, I've had so many comments about them. Postage was so quick, I received the package within the week to Australia!! I will definitely be buying more handmade goodies from Jenni.

Alyssa Agudo

I loved my cups so much that I had to get more for a friend. These cups are so sweet and fun. They are super small, but they have so much detail! They're not clunky. You can see the skill level in Jenni's designs because she is able to get her vessels the perfect weight. These will be a big hit!

Such a cute little planter! I like all the little details in the glazing and the shape makes it so quirky and cute. I planted a hairy cactus inside that looks like it belongs in this planter! Thanks Jenni!

The vase is absolutely stunning- I love it! :)
Even better than in the picture.

The espresso cups I got are really pretty and unique. I love the little details that you wouldn’t find in a manufactured cup at a department store. They were well packaged too.

So happy I found this gifted potter and beautiful work. THANK YOU FOR SAFE DELIVERY OF SWEET PIECES!!

Great anorganic shape, lovely color. Looks great with natural color linen and is exactly what I was looking for!

It instantly caught my heart with its color and shape. I love this handmade tea bowl!

Why I don't offer free shipping

Many of us, myself included, love it when you see free shipping being offered when purchasing something online. However, I'd like to explain to you why I don't offer it.

Simply put, free shipping is a fallacy, someone has to pay for it at the end of the day. I can add the cost of shipping onto the price of the item and state that shipping is 'free', meaning it's included in the price; but this is problematic. Shipping pottery worldwide incurs different costs depending on destination. There's no flat rate in shipping fragile items like ceramics, there's no one size fits all.

Secondly, as an independently run small business selling handmade ceramics, I simply cannot afford to pay for shipping from Italy to anywhere in the world.

Jenni Oh Crafts ceramic tableware filled with homemade apple and cinnamon madeleines.

I am one person creating, packaging and shipping your items. So, I hope that you understand that as much as I would love to offer free shipping to entice potential customers to make that last step of purchasing, it's simply not a sustainable business model for a small independent studio potter.

I am so grateful and appreciate all the support and custom I have received from all of you around the world and hope that it continues into the future! Thanks for listening.

All my shipping prices are based on shipping region and weight. To see average prices please consult my shipping page.
